The fine print
THE FINE PRINT:
Because our hall is a relatively small one we have to limit the number of dancers to 96. Additionally, we are committed to main-
taining a gender imbalance of not more than 53/43. If necessary we will hold a Lottery on August 9th for all applications received
prior to that date. All applications MUST be received before August 9th to be included in the Lottery. Some preference will be
given to local dancers. By mid-August confirmation and an information packet will be sent, or you will be notified that you are
on the waiting list. Applications must be accompanied by payment in full. We will refund 80% of your payment for cancellations
received before September 17, but cannot provide any refund for cancellations after that date.
